Minot’s Best Bites is a brand-new downtown tasting event celebrating the local restaurants, businesses, flavors, and community that make Minot special.

Thursday, August 27, from 5:00–9:00 PM in Citizens Alley for the inaugural Minot's Best Bites, a celebration of our local restaurants, bakeries, and specialty food vendors.

Here's how it works:

Sample delicious food from participating vendors for just $2 per sample. Every bite supports local businesses while also benefiting Independence, Inc., a Resource Center for Independent Living. This event was created to celebrate local culinary options in our community while bringing people together in the heart of downtown. We can't wait to welcome you to what we hope becomes one of Minot's favorite annual traditions.
